The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to historic places and has beautiful surroundings. the rooms are spacious with nice baths and a lovely fireplace. the breakfast was great with large varieties of choices. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel lacked cleanliness, which made the whole experience of staying there terrible.

the staff gave a very good and personal service that made our stay much better
the 'finish' was off in a few places - loose fittings, etc - maybe because it is very new

Very friendly staff, amazing location just 8 min from the museum of Delphi. Huge internal swimming pool with great view. Very quite, clean and nice decorated room. The price is to low for what it offers. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely a 5 star hotel in the area.

The hotel provided a free parking space, which was very helpful during my stay. The location was great, situated near a ski resort town. The room was clean and spacious, and the handmade furniture was unique. the personnel were friendly and accommodating.
The facilities were limited during the low season. The pool was not heated, and some amenities, such as the spa, were not available.

The owners Constantino (papa) and Angelo have been helpful and kind in any aspect of our staying. The hotel is a superb position for visiting Delphi or the Parmasso mountains in any season. The property is first class both for rooms and facilities. We strongly recommend. Milena and Corrado

If you want to be a bit away from the main area in Nafploi, this is a great place, but it is difficult to get there without a car. THe owners were young and really helpful- Alex gave us lots of useful information. Totally chill palce and very pretty. The pool overlooks the moutains, its stunning.
The only thing I would say is that since it is a bit remote- not easy to get to store quickly, they should provide bottled water free of charge, since the water is not guaranteed safe to drink

Well appointed. Friendly staff. Almost perfect.
MInor detail: management may have to rethink furniture and lighting of bar and restaurant for them to attain the same level of comfort and intimacy as the rest of the hotel.

The Christmas decorations were lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for skiing and had easy access to nearby shops. the quality of the bedding was exceptional and made for a comfortable night's sleep.
The food was disappointing and often tasted bland and overcooked. the heating system was not functioning properly, which made the room uncomfortably cold.

Nice room
Definitely not a 5-star and even neither a 3star hotel.Staff was indifferent almost dismissive at times,Proper information should be made known to guests on check in,paid 20 euros to use the indoor pool-it was freezing but they claimed it was 26 C.No big lockers for your cloths but only small lockers in the spa.Poor quality breakfast. No wifi in the room. Not recommended!!!
